Our molded carpets are backed by a 90 day guarantee against
manufacturing defects as well as defects in the materials.
(NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR EXCLUDED)
B. PRODUCTION SCHEDULE
Most orders will ship within 48 hours unless raw materials
are not available. Please note that cut and sewn carpets
take 5-7 days to manufacture.
C. NON STANDARD ITEMS
Any order for a carpet that is not close to factory
original in color and carpet style is considered a non
standard item. Non standard items CANNOT be returned
for a refund.
D. RETURN POLICY
1. Please inspect each carpet set prior to installation.
Carpet sets cannot be returned after having been altered
in any manner. If it is cut it is non-returnable.
2. There will be no replacement, exchange, credit or
refund for any reason after 90 days from the date of
shipment.
3. All returns must be approved by Auto Carpet Direct.
Unauthorized returns will be refused.
4. Approved returns not covered by our guarantee are
subject to a 25% restocking fee and all shipping charges.
E. ORDERS REPLACED BY AUTO CARPET DIRECT
Any carpets replaced by Auto Carpet Direct will be shipped
via U.P.S. or R.P.S. Ground Service. If an alternate
shipping service is requested, the customer will be
responsible for the additional shipping charges incurred.
F. REFUSED SHIPMENTS
The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges
as well as a restocking fee for any and all refused
orders.
G. DAMAGES
It is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim
with the carrier for any damage incurred during shipping.
